BPM Kids

BPM KIDS is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. BPM KID’s workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general, and scalable for children at any fitness level. Our focus on functional movements develops skills that are fundamental in everyday life for kids: play, pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump to name a few. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained and certified coaches.

Olympic Weightlifting

Olympic weightlifting consists of two movements, the snatch and the clean & jerk. During these classes, we take a systemic approach to focus on developing strength and speed in order to increase load over time. These classes are open for all age groups and skill level.

Custom Nutrition

Being fit or healthy isn’t just about training, it’s also about nutrition. Eating quality and nutrient filled foods help to improve a healthy lifestyle. These foods are also used as fuel for training. We are help to help you have a relationship with food so that you don’t need to focus on the number on the scale.
