BPM KIDS is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. BPM KID’s workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general, and scalable for children at any fitness level. Our focus on functional movements develops skills that are fundamental in everyday life for kids: play, pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump to name a few. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained and certified coaches.
Olympic weightlifting consists of two movements, the snatch and the clean & jerk. During these classes, we take a systemic approach to focus on developing strength and speed in order to increase load over time. These classes are open for all age groups and skill level.
